This function is activated to know if the speed limit set has
been exceeded, i.e. 130 km/h; in the moment in which the vehicle
overpasses the threshold set, the system will send a norification
for the "Speed limit exceeded" to the telephone numbers provided and
memorizes the data for a further consultation via WEB.
