This optional function is activated automatically when the vehicle ignition
key is off; according to a virtual "circle" (range from 1.000 to 2.000 meters)
set in the activation phase allows the sending of an alarm notifiction for
"parking protection" which indicates the unauthorized vehicle movement from
the delimited area.
