SYSTEM OPERATION RAPID TEST
The execution of the operation test and the GSM-GPS range is absolutely mandatory
to check the system compliance and the current system testing.
It is extremely important that the installer completes this activity before the services
activation by WEB or FAX, in oder to guarantee the absolute installation adequacy.
The complete test consists in checking the operation of all the alarm lines (perimetric,
ignition switched live, radio sensors, additional outputs). The installer will provide to
their triggering, thanks to the emission of a specific number of flashes for each line triggered
will complete the whole operation.
Always through the status check LED it is possible to check the GSM range and the GPS Fix.
The check procedure is carried out leaving the vehicle opened, to allow to the GPS receiver to acquire
at least 4 satellites.
The test adequacy confirmation is indicated by the status check LED with a series of flashes
of different colour. If, during the operation, they are detected problems or difficulties in the
signal reception, the system won't give any signalling and it will be necessary to provide a series
of checks, essentially related to the aerials and to their positioning.
