Q. How do I download the vehicle technical installation guides or the alarm fitting instructions?
A. You have to download yourself, under the "Installers" profile and after the GT Zone Dealer approval, you will receive the enanbling "Username and Password".


 

Q. The alarm doesn't recognize the vehicle "CAN" configuration, how do I proceed?
A. Check the alarm connections wires (ORANGE/GREEN and ORANGE/BROWN) referring to the vehicle technical installation guide supplied by GT and eventullally proceed with the vehicle manual configuration.


 

Q. How is the credit consumption of a GT SAT PERSONALE contract?
A. Initial credit = 30
- each localisation carried out by mobile phone or Web costs one credit.
- each alarm message received costs one credit for each mobile phone number selected in the GT SAT PERSONALE contract.
- if a service (i.e. START/STOP) is enabled, it costs one credit each 50 routes registered, abroad, with the GT SIM (TIM) it costs one credit each 6 routes, while with the Dealer SIM (i.e. Telefonica for Spain), it costs one credit each 300 routes .


 

Q. The system doesn't receive the SMS command, how to proceed?
A. Check the messages composition (i.e. wrong spaces, wrong password, wrong wording, etc.)


 

Q. How long are archived the routes with the GT SAT PERSONALE contract?
A. The routes are archived for 2 years.


 

Q. How do I modify the Customer profile if I have to sell/buy the vehicle with the GT SAT system already installed?
A. The Customer data can be modified only by GT, contacting the technical assistance.


 

Q. If the recharge is not carried out in the limit time defined in the warning message, what happens?
A. All the services are removed.


 

Q. Who releases the product testing certificated?
A. With the "GT SAT PERSONALE" contract, the installer will print it from the GT SAT Site at the end of the installation/contract registration.
